Tenmei Junmai Ginjo Hiire Black Label is a new standard product that has been added to Akebono Brewery. This is a Junmai Ginjo that uses 100% of Aizu Yamadanishiki rice. A light yellow-tinted liquid with a slight dissolution of silver, large bubbles formed when poured do not disappear easily and decorate the glossy surface like crystal.
Smooth, crisp and mellow taste that spreads out quietly, it gives an elegant sweetness with a glossy, gentle and beautifully acidity taste. The sweetness that spreads in the mouth is as sweet as candy and it unfolds quickly.
Tenmei Junmai Ginjo Hiire Black Label is delicious even when it is warmed. When it is heated at 40-45°C, the volume of umami swells greatly, suppresses the acid and delights the sweetness. The aftertaste is not heavy, enjoy the rich flavour while keeping it clean.
