Shipping Options:
1. Free standard delivery for orders above SGD$180
2. SGD$10 delivery fee for orders below SGD$180
3. SGD$20 for express delivery
4. SGD$30 for same-day delivery
5. Self-collection

2. Standard Delivery
● For orders ordered before 3pm, it will take 2-3 days (including weekends)
● Free standard delivery for all orders SGD$180 & above.
● SGD$10 shipping fee will be imposed for orders below SGD$180.
● Parcels will be packed within 24 hours of ordering, an email will be sent to you once it has been packed at our warehouse.
● Your order will be delivered via our trusted courier delivery service or in-house delivery drivers. An email/SMS/WhatsApp will be sent to you when the delivery has been dispatched.

3. Express Delivery
● For express shipping at SGD$20, it will take 1 day (including weekends)
● For orders ordered before 6pm, you will be able to receive your package the next day (including weekends)
● Once your order is collated, our staff at Mirai Sake Hall will contact you. An email/SMS/WhatsApp will be sent to you when the delivery has been dispatched.

4. Same Day Delivery
● If you would prefer to get your order ASAP, you can opt for same day delivery at SGD$30.
● Cut off time 5pm on the actual day. All orders made after 5pm, will not be treated as same day delivery.

Yes. For every order SGD$180 and above (after the usage of any promo codes and discount), you are eligible for our free delivery.

For orders below SGD$180, a small delivery fee of SGD$10 will be imposed. Alternatively, self-collection is available at our outlet, at no additional charge.

We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Do note that you will not be able to collect your order if it has not been confirmed prior. Self-collection is only available via reservation.

If you need your order urgently, SMS/WhatsApp/Call us and we will see what we can do.

Please contact us immediately on the day of delivery with your order number and we will investigate and let you know how we will rectify the situation within the next business day. We can be reached at sales@miraisakehall.sg

An email/SMS/WhatsApp will be sent to you when the delivery has been dispatched, our delivery colleagues will give you a call if no one answers the door. You can also let us know to leave your box outside your door.

a) If no one is at home to collect the parcel, our Mirai Sake Hall representative will contact you and if you are agreeable, we will leave the items at your doorstep and place it as discreetly as possible.

b) In the event where confirmation is not received because recipient is non-contactable as per a), or if instructions were given NOT to leave parcel(s) outside, we will schedule another delivery with an additional fee of SGD$10.00.

c) Mirai Sake Hall bears no responsibility if delivered items are damaged or missing in the process of a).

Returns and Exchanges

Refund Policy

1. For damaged products

Mirai Sake Hall will take responsibility for any products that are damaged. If you have any damaged products, we have a 1-1 exchange policy. However, we are not liable for any losses or damages after you received the product in a good condition.

2. Change of Mind

Alternatively, if you simply just changed your mind, you can send the product/s back via a courier of your choice and we would be happy to do a refund.

● Product/s would have to be unopened and undamaged to be applicable for the refund.
● Product/s is/are not unpasteurized sake.
● SGD$4 would be deducted for every order returned due to a subsidized delivery rate that was offered in the initial purchase.
● Refunds will be done only via PayNow within 14 days after confirmation of the returned items.
● You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).

We accept Shopify Pay, Amex, Visa and MasterCard payments.

Yes! Billing process through Stripe is safe and secure in Singapore. We’ve had thousands of customers at Mirai Sake Hall who have purchases. Your credit card information goes through a secure payment gateway and we cannot access your payment details.

Sorry, we do not provide overseas delivery due to tax and legislation issues.
